Oww, I’m sore!

So I went kayaking this weekend thinking I should be fine. I do yoga 5 times a week, I’m pretty flexible….oh nooo. Paddling makes you use muscles you would never, ever use in yoga or in daily life.
LOL…so now I’m stiff and sore.
But on the up side, I got an awesome tan. LOL.
